TEAM REGISTRATION IS AUTOMATIC WITH THE PURCHASE OF INSURANCE.

UMVIM– NEJ contracts with CMA Insurance Agency of Gainesville, GA to offer you a Seven Corners Accidental and Medical Insurance Policy for International teams. There are $25,000, $50,000, and $100,000 coverage options available.
UMVIM-NEJ contracts with AIG to offer you a medical and accident insurance policy with $50,000 coverage for Domestic teams.
Steps To Request Coverage For Your Team
1. Determine whether your Mission Journey is Domestic (within the United States) or International.
2. Select the amount of coverage needed for your Mission Journey. There is one option available for Domestic travel and several available for International travel.
3. Complete the Domestic or International Excel Spreadsheet including Team Leader information and all team member names and birthdates. Additionally, for International Teams please have each team member complete an Individual Insurance Application Form.
4. Send the completed Excel Spreadsheet by email to nej@umvim.org.
5. Submit payment by using the Payment Button at the bottom of this page. (Note: If you need to make payment by check please email nej@umvim.org to make arrangements)

Cost Per Person is $0.75/day plus a $5.00 Processing Fee

This policy includes COVID coverage for team members who are less than 75 years of age.
The cost per person for each level of medical coverage is:
$25,000: $2.50/day + $15 processing fee
$50,000: $2.75/day + $15 processing fee
$100,000: $3.00/day + $15 processing fee
(Please note that team members aged 75-79 years are only eligible for up to $50,000 coverage and team members 80 years or older are only eligible for $25,000 coverage)

* For travel outside of the U.S. where you may be engaging in riskier activities such as travel by motorcycle or using zip lines, we also offer a “Sports” policy for an additional daily cost. Please email nej@umvim.org for more information about this coverage.
