Note
from Ed Hoke : We
are up to our ears in water all over the counties
bordering the Mississippi. It is headed my way
(Herrin) this weekend. We do not expect a levee
between the towns of Gorham and Grand Tower to hold.
It is badly damaged from all the big rain events and
is "sloughed off" real bad. We have
created a LTRC down here to deal with the March 18
flood we had and now may have more. Will keep in
touch.
