Sending an International Team

1. First make sure you are a trained UMVIM team leader.

2. If you have not done so, select a mission project. Consult with your conference coordinator. Read the UMVIM, SEJ Safe Sanctuary policy.

3. Download the necessary forms, and then send them to UMVIM, SEJ.

4. Pay for registration and insurance, either online, or by check, using the payment form included in the form pack. For more information on UMVIM's travel insurance, click here.

To achieve your total cost, multiply $17 by the number of persons on your team. This is your total registration cost.

Then, add the cost of insurance, per team member (see below). Be sure to include date of departure AND date of return in your total number of days.

Note: The entire team must select the same coverage amount.

Add your registration total with your insurance total.

5. Our office will be in touch with you via e.mail after your forms have been received. Please note that insurance processing is not done on a first come, first serve basis, but rather by departure date. If you have any questions, please contact us.
