About …
CONNECT, a United Methodist Volunteers in Mission Southeast Jurisdiction annual event, allows participants to share experiences from their short-term mission trips, gain insight and resources from a variety of workshops, network with domestic and international projects and missionaries, and worship together during inspiring sessions that incorporate
diverse speakers and venues.
If you’ve never been on any kind of mission trip, CONNECT is a great place to meet experienced leaders, learn skills, gain knowledge, find projects, or just ask questions. Teams, individuals, medical, disaster — whatever your interest —
CONNECT is the place to begin or enhance your mission
experience!

Added attraction for families with kids!
YUMVIM - (YOUNG UNITED METHODIST VOLUNTEERS IN MISSION)
A children’s program will run concurrently with CONNECT. YUMVIM is for ages 4 yrs. - 5th grade. Rob and Angie Gulledge, directors, work to provide hands-on experience through activities that include music, drama, games, assembling UMCOR disaster relief kits, participation in leading worship at one of the sessions.
YUMVIM fees include all supplies and a t-shirt. To encourage family
participation, please note that there is a $150
maximum for family registrations prior to June 1, 2006.
WALK-UP REGISTRATION
The cost of Walk-up Registration will be $95 per adult.
